2. Description of Service

Satisfice provides AI-powered business idea validation reports. Our Service analyzes your business ideas and provides feedback, market analysis, competition assessment, and recommendations. The Lumen Business Plan feature provides additional AI-assisted business planning.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when using our Service
Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our Service
Not use automated systems to access our Service without permission
Not resell or redistribute our reports without authorization

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the business ideas you submit. By submitting ideas, you grant us a license to process them for generating your report.

Our Content: The Satisfice platform, branding, AI analysis methodology, and report formats are our intellectual property. Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal and business use.

5. Payments and Refunds

Pricing: Business Validation Reports are $5. Lumen Business Plans are $15. Prices may change with notice.
Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Refunds: Due to the nature of AI-generated content, refunds are generally not provided once a report is generated. If you experience a technical issue preventing report delivery, contact us for assistance.
Chargebacks: Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated analysis
That following our recommendations will result in business success
That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
The accuracy of market data, competition analysis, or financial projections

Our reports are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional business, legal, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making business decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SATISFICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Satisfice, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Confidentiality

We treat your business ideas as confidential. However, you acknowledge that:

Ideas are processed using third-party AI services
We cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality
Similar ideas may be independently submitted by other users
Sharing your report link allows others to view your report

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
